I've know Wesley since I got settled in Tucson, he's smart and honest and have always appreciated how he goes out of his way to simply be helpful.

I have 2 big dogs that constantly get filthy in our dirt back yard, not to mention during monsoon with the mud. I thought I'd never be able to afford turf due to its size. Wesley was able to give me options and help me to plan something within my budget. I haven't even gotten it yet but was so impressed with his knowledge and understanding that I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been interviewing for Artificial Turf and found Big Bully to the have a superior product and warranty. Wesley was great he took into account that I am disabled and drew me a plan that would give my wheelchair enough room easily. I know I will be very please. I requested a quote from Big Bully Turf and met with Scott Bridger to design the layout of my yard and to get a quote. Scott was very detailed and attentive to our requests for services and even something different like removing a built in grill and capping the gas lines. The quote was very fair for the quality of turf they use and the level of detail our job required. PS: the dogs loved him.

I got quotes from several companies and even considered installing turf myself, but after meeting with Big Bully Turf it was easy to see their turf was superior. I wanted turf for my kids to play on, and their extra technology helps to keep the turf cool so my kids can spend more time outside. Jefferson was excellent to work with and went above and beyond to understand my needs and let me ask questions. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting artificial turf.

From start to finish, my experience was superb. I first met with Tyler who listened and understood exactly what I wanted. My first impression was how much I appreciated that, although he could have, he didn't try to up sell me on anything I didn't need. Well it's been 9 months since my 4 star review of Big Bully Turf. After several followups on some post installation issues my turf is "generally" doing fine. I had a minor issue today when I had a Big Bully technician come out and review an issue of a portion of turf pulling up. I figured it was a minor warranty issue. An hour after he left, I received a written estimate with a cost to repair my new turf. I immediately called Big Bully warranty and they said there were "2 teeth marks" from a dog. Absolutely horrible I do not recommend them at all make sure you ask around as well outrageous prices and they refuse to give me my refund back and no work has been done at all and no material has been paid for they are refusing to give my $500 dollar deposit back and they haven't done anything at all for the project it's a constant back and forth battle and I want everyone to know the issue that you could have if u can't afford the job to get done by them DO NOT USE THEM!
