I have been interviewing for Artificial Turf and found Big Bully to the have a superior product and warranty. Wesley was great he took into account that I am disabled and drew me a plan that would give my wheelchair enough room easily. I know I will be very please. I will post a before and after when completed.

I requested a quote from Big Bully Turf and met with Scott Bridger to design the layout of my yard and to get a quote. Scott was very detailed and attentive to our requests for services and even something different like removing a built in grill and capping the gas lines. The quote was very fair for the quality of turf they use and the level of detail our job required. PS: the dogs loved him.

I got quotes from several companies and even considered installing turf myself, but after meeting with Big Bully Turf it was easy to see their turf was superior. I wanted turf for my kids to play on, and their extra technology helps to keep the turf cool so my kids can spend more time outside. Jefferson was excellent to work with and went above and beyond to understand my needs and let me ask questions. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting artificial turf.

From start to finish, my experience was superb. I first met with Tyler who listened and understood exactly what I wanted. My first impression was how much I appreciated that, although he could have, he didn't try to up sell me on anything I didn't need. My second personal contact was with Michael the Project Manager for southern Arizona. He stopped by to let me know that the installers were finishing the previous job and would be here soon. Absolutely horrible I do not recommend them at all make sure you ask around as well outrageous prices and they refuse to give me my refund back and no work has been done at all and no material has been paid for they are refusing to give my $500 dollar deposit back and they haven't done anything at all for the project it's a constant back and forth battle and I want everyone to know the issue that you could have if u can't afford the job to get done by them DO NOT USE THEM!

We had turf installed 6 months ago by Big Bully. The installation went as planned but after a couple of months we saw a section that appeared to "bubble" up in our yard. Due to some health problems I waited to call them to come and take a look to see what the problem is. I finally called them, sent the pictures they asked for, and waited for their reply. In May, 2025 we had a Rep come to our home to provide us with a quote for turf based upon a cad drawing from the pool company for our complete renovation of our backyard. He initially seemed professional as he did not have all the answers and said he would like to come back with someone who had more experience. He was here for quite a while taking measurements, pictures, and lots of notes. Highly don't recommend this company. The customer experience is horrific and no one responds accept to take payment. Scheduling was horrible and the coordinator never responds (Brittney M). After I called corporate someone finally called me the next day (Jacob). Nice guy but then when the project manager came out, only then did they say that it was a crap job and the seam wasn't done properly.
