Their sales rep measured our area, quoted $2,500 total. We agreed, signed a ducusign contract. Been waiting approx (3) weeks to schedule installation. Received phone call our rep had quit, they'd have to sent new rep out to measure area. His measurement were more for same area, but he stated several times there wouldn't be any additional cost as it was their mistake. His boss called today to inform us the "new price" would be $5,800! POOR communication. After "Final Inspection" never heard back from them. Materials left in front yard for weeks. NO phone calls from management. Just recordings from people you can NEVER reach. Was told drains would be "Under Turf" NOPE yard looks fake with the "under Turf" drains in plain sight. Buyer beware and do your homework. Call around unless you like the sound of crickets because that is all you will hear from these people once they have your money. I would first like to say I have no idea how they install and the quality of the turf that BBT installs because the negative issues are with sales person that came out to our house and the hard pressure tactics and negative interactions. He came to our home to give a bid, said he would have a price for me before he left the site and warned me their sales prices would end on the same day. The main issue was customer service ! No one was ever in contact with us, we had so many questions. And then from afar , it looked nice until I looked closer and saw the bad job they did. Prices was higher than others but thought that they would do better, and a huge disappoint with this whole process, and a lot of money spent!

They were eager to set up a project but have struggled to finish it even after 2 months! The materials seem great but service has not been great. very frustrating process! praying I love it when it's in!
