Food was good and service was great. Would get 4* normally but it was way too hot when we got there and the restaurant had this huge garage door open towards the outdoor seating just making the restaurant just uncomfortable. Not the best when eating hot food

Amazing customer service, thank you Joseph I for being a sweetheart and your positive attitude was everything. Delicious food, the wings were well done and smothered in sauce, the fries were crispy to perfection loved that, I got the waffle and chicken love that combination will definitely be ordering that next time. Will be coming back to this spot, I'm a huge pluckers fan but the freshness of the food does not compare, this is the spot for that 10/10.

Food was pretty good. They gave us a free plate of onion rings (or pickle spears if you choose that!) because we checked in on Yelp. The guy taking our order sounded perplexed when I showed him the coupon but he showed it to the manager and the manager said "of course we'll honor it!" They were great and the sauce that came with it was a really yummy bbq ranch. I got the chicken and waffles with tenders and they give them to you on separate plates. I come to big city wings navigation location all the time. I love it there the food is always great. Never really have any issues. Today was the first day I had CHRIS as my server not only was his service impeccable but he has a great personality to match. Spectacular, gimme 14 of 'em.

Have eaten here twice before movies across the sidewalk. Both times the wings have been on point. Service has been friendly and efficient. Tater tots, crispy and delicious. My buddy loved the burger. Have to admit, I walk in having low expectations and walk out pleasantly surprised. If you're a sports bar person, there are plenty of TVs with the games on.Definitely a sports bar vibe. The wings will draw me back, maybe even without a movie ticket in hand.

I was just here last night and had really great service despite being busy. Our bartender Elle was Awesome! Makes really great White Tea shots . The food was good too and came out quickly.

This place is so hit and miss at times.... Got the wing special today gotta be honest it wasn't that good the wings looked fine, but they had a strange taste to them just went ahead and toss them out after eating a few it kinda taste like freezer burned meat or something not sure but I will probably try elsewhere next time.... Service was fast and order was ready just mediocre really

Bella was an amazing host and the food was delicious. The deals are always great along with the serving size . Always a pleasure coming here.
