I have to wait to much for the service probably because am mexican I never came back Me sentí discriminado I felt discriminated
I personally did not like the wings we got boneless wings which we did not order. They looked liked chicken nuggets. The only thing that was good was the onion rings.
Horrible service, cold food, went there to watch WWE and the WiFi was atrocious. Infinite skips. Won’t be back
The Costumer Service is BAD. DON’T GO THAT PLACE.
I went to see WWE Summer Slam with a group of friends and the food was great but the service was slow and trying to watch the PPV was a migraine cause there was either no audio, the stream froze, or a notification to update the computer kept popping up! They seriously didn’t do their homework for the wrestling fans!
I used to come here often. However, a server tipped herself 60 dollars on a 38 dollar tab. Here we are nearly a month later, and i still don't have my money back! Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Corporate should have taken care of this long ago. Today I found out the same problem happened to another lady. Not cool.
Very slow service, pretty disappointed.
My family & I went for dinner today a Friday night. We were expecting to have to wait a bit due to it being a Friday evening. However it took 30 minutes for us to finally get someone’s attention to get something to drink. After we got our drinks we put our order in & we were left there waiting with no update for over 30 mins. No refills on drinks, no communication, NOTHING!
