This has become our regular date night spot. I am glad they made it through the rough Covid years because the food has always been great.
Came to a late night bite with my family , our experience couldn't had been any better especially with a waitress Ariela who was amazing with her upbeat vibe she gives off shes one best server I've had , good food here , good vibes , good customer service y'all want a late night but with amazing service this the place to be , thank you Arielafor an amazing experience!
Ariela was an amazing server I went there last night and had the wings deal. She was very informative and let us know about National wing day. Definitely gonna be coming back tomorrow!
This SPECIFIC Big City Wings is amazing. The staff in the kitchen is accurate; providing fresh food and kindness. The cashiers are beyond pleasant and gives helpful information on the menu. I know I'm getting great food service and exceptionally genuine kindness. Thank you guys for making sure this location stays amazing!
Food was great hot and the order was correct. Service from Jose was just as good. The 2 for 1 boneless is always a hit.
Crack City Wings. Not sure what was higher the prices or my server. But food was good.
I've been coming here for years, Ive tried to go & dine in and it's either a hit or a miss. They have good specials & prices that's why I continue to come prior to bad experiences in the past . I've realized service wise is better to go but the food quality is better dine in. Their employee turnovers within not just the servers but management as well is high . Pretty sure the two female managers one mid 20s n one senior lady there now have bee the longest standing.
It's okay not bad, not great either. But definitely better than BW3. Dinks are good and decent specials. If you want to catch the game and have some wings it will do you solid.
I went for dinner today day and the food was amazing but our waitress was kinda rude and didn't really care. Other that that it was good.
