A big thank you to Chase @ Kuykendahl Rd in Spring location. It was my 1st time ever eating @ Big City Wings and he was most helpful and kind. I'm am Amputee who sometimes need a little help and Chase help me w/my order and my seating adjustments. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. Management came out to my table and thanked me for choosing their restaurant to dine. I was very pleased and I do plan on returning. It was Tuesday Oct. 6, 2020.
Chase, the waiter gave great service. Quick with the drinks and pointed out the specials. Appreciate the service.
Chase was awesome from the moment we walked in. Greeted our kids personally and was very attentive!
Chase gave me and fabulous friend Sasha the best hospitality. Such a genuine guy wish him well on his music. And the micheladas were really good and I know my drinks!!! Thanks Miguel for drinks!!!
Atmosphere and concept has potential as they grow in the area... the food choices where OK... the execution of order was subpar. The baked potatoes needs more cheese and bacon(were in Texas!!)... the fries need seasoning... the wings were good and the fried cheese logs!!
My friend and I dropped in for lunch after a hair appt in the same shopping center. We were given a friendly greeting by Chase and seated, as this was our first time for both of us he went over the menu. We both picked the Chicken wings off the lunch menu. As we were waiting for our Order, we started thinking about maybe the lunch portion wasn't going to be enough but then wings were big and tasty (I had the mango Habenero) and I only was able to eat three of them. Came here after having a bad experience at Buffalo Wild Wings down the road. I have to say this place gave us great customer service! The manager let us in the outdoor patio since we brought our dog and was very welcoming. Milagros our server was extremely welcoming and very nice! made sure we were taken care of and was super outgoing. The manager came out and checked on us to make sure everything was ok the food was great everything was great. Definitely coming back!
My place for wings! Lemon pepper spicy ranch -YUMMY!!!! The wings actually have meat and are quite big. The kiddos all go for the fried Oreos too. Saved us this year with Rodeo not around and just down the street!!
My experience with this establishment was amazing, the food is great and the server Francisco was extremely pleasant. 10/10 recommend and will keep dining here.
