I got 6lbs of crawfish to go. Visually: greasy, parmesan cheese Taste: NOT Louisiana style. Italian dressing vibe Size: compared to everyone else at this point, during this year’s season: SMALL. The average width varied from my pinky - middle finger. The peel: average The heads: awesome amount of juice! My bad: I eat soooo much crawfish during crawfish season…I forgot that last year I had dined-in and ordered crawfish. I also forgot that I didn’t eat them b/c I was so offended by the flavor.
