The good and customer service here is AWESOME! I assumed upon first entering this establishment that only certain waiters would be better than others, but NOT at BIG CITY WINGS in humble! I've met Shyra, Tre and even the manager Lisa and they have always displayed hospitality, customer service and impeccable communication. The food is great and the ambiance is favorable for a lunch environment. I enjoy this restaurant and will continue to visit often.

Family and I ate at this location very often. We appreciate the wait staff and newly remodeled space. Food comes out hot and tasty everytime.

I waited too long to try this place. Now that I have it's my favorite wing place. The wings were juicy and soft yet very crispy on the outside. I had the potato wedges to go with them, and they, too, were soft on the inside and very crispy on the outside. Everything was perfectly cooked and served hot and fresh. Our server was excellent. I'll be back.
Love the wings and crawfish! Great atmosphere! Great crew working here. Couldn't ask for a better place for a cold beer and wings with all the games showing.

This was our first time to eat here, as we are from out of town. we had wings and a burger and it was FANTASTIC. I hope we have a chance to eat here again. If you stop here, ask for a server named Diamond. She was great. She was funny and attentive and very prompt. Overall, this was a great experience. We highly recommend!
