The server was very disrespectful and had an attitude he also forgot my drink and still charged me for it. the booth wasn't clean and it took a really long time for us to get our food. The food here is mediocre at best and too expensive.

Employees were great, friendly knowledgeable and caring. That's where it stopped. The service was extremely slow. From the time we entered, until we were served wing baskets for 3 was 1 hour and 5 minutes. When the food came, the chicken was terribly over-cooked and difficult to eat (gnaw) The Tajin and the Mango Habanera couldn't be finished. New manager. Will not except my coupon that was signed by one of his employees they want me to look up my review. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. Their fries have so much seasoning (sodium is strong). The wings were dry. The sauce on the wings was horrible!!! We ordered extra hot, extra hot with lemon pepper (that lemon pepper tasted like chicken bouillon) and butter with Parmesan for the kids and they hated them naturally without saying a word about ours. Never ordering from here ever again.

Felt very sick after eating just 3 wings threw up didn't know what much to do but call back and the manager Amanda answered with the worst attitude ever and told me to "go to doctor bc that's on me"... first meal of the day btw only had 3 she told me "idk what u expect me to do with this information" literally just wanted to argue so I just hung up. Terrible drinks, terrible service, terrible food. Would not recommend this place, will not be going back. Amanda, the manager on duty, was very rude and unpleasant. Overall made a bad experience, terrible thanks to her.

If I could rate zero stars I would. This restaurant has always given me a not so great - but acceptable experience in the past, and today really made up my mind of never visiting this establishment again. First and foremost, they really need to do something about the sewage smell. The order is noticeable even before you step through the door. Most likely when they moved the bar to the center of the restaurant they had to run a new drain line and their contractor did not install a trap that is meant to prevent the smell from coming up through the drain.
