Sadly, I wish this was a better review, however the last time we ate at Big City Wings, the service was great and they asked us to leave a 5 review and we'd get a free appetizer at our next visit. Well, today we went back because our experience was so great last time. We ordered an app, wings and beer. Upon entering, 2 servers and the hostess were hanging out at the bar so it took a bit before they saw us. First and foremost, they really need to do something about the sewage smell. The order is noticeable even before you step through the door. Most likely when they moved the bar to the center of the restaurant they had to run a new drain line and their contractor did not install a trap that is meant to prevent the smell from coming up through the drain. Customer service horrible at drive through. Such a Disappointment. This established used to be wings n more and they change to big city wings and still things haven't still horrible service
Came to have some good wings because they looked good online . The wings and fries were saltier then the Galveston water . I even got a headache I did not finish my food . The service was horrible . They messed up our order . I won't be coming back . If you want the best wings go to wings n things . I will not cheat on them ever again .
It smells like someone threw-up in here and they didn't clean it up! The hostess tried to tell me that they spilled tea and didn't get it cleaned up as well as they thought. Ma'am! That is sewage! I met a friend here for lunch and they love the salads. . .from what I was told, it was very good and was fresh. I didn't order anything because I could not get over the smell that hit me in the face when I walked in. I don't know how a place of business can operate like this and not be shut down. I highly doubt I'll be back.
I am a E-5 in the Marin's and I can say if you are coming with your family's do not! and I repeat DO NOT! come with your family they will take long. but other then that the food is great.
Sorry to say, but this place has gone down hill for a while now. Idk what happened to this place. The waiter that served us was the best part of tonight's dinner I will say that, he had a good attitude The food was at most Mid The ambiance was This place used to be Bomb.com... fix it
Be sure to always check your ticket. The price is never what the menu says it is. Especially on Tuesdays. They hit you with all kinds of hidden fees
Get a new bartender!! Took 20 minutes for two drinks on a none busy Sunday night. Food was great but bar was horrible.
