Sorry but very disappointed. Ordered garlic spicy and also mild. They treated "old" or overcooked. Tasted like simply garlic powder sprinkled on the same sauce. And too pricey to be disappointed.

So....what happened to this restaurant? Took a long time to get our food and it's only warm. There are only 8 tables with people so that should not be an issue. No milk available for the kids, no more vinegar available for the cheese fries. You better get it together or you might not be around much longer. Sad.

I usually don't do the reviews thing, but I was beyond upset today. So I use doordash pickup order option since I'm always talking on the phone for work and go pick the food up and have a little break. I ordered 4 items from wings n more even though they always delay my order no less than 20 minutes every time. The lady told me that only two items are ready I waited for the other 2 for about 30 minutes until the general manager Robert came out telling me the other 2 were already picked up by someone else. I ordered 10 traditional Wings via uber eats and they gave me boneless! Seriously? How disrespectful SMH and since it was via Uber they cannot correct my order since it's a third party involved. I'm so mad because I REALLY wanted some wings! Won't be ordering here again!

Management is extremely unprofessional specially Kevin I'm not sure if this is his first management position but he definitely needs more training, better customer service & be more pleasant. I used to eat here all the time because they had great staff & the service was great, now is just blah seems that management don't care about their customers or employees.

Honestly, I grew up in this area and I used to love this place! Their wings and tenders have always been amazing, but regardless of what day or time I come in I simply cannot get so much as decent service. I don't know if it's the management, but after the last three visits, I think I'll just pick up my order from now on. Please, please, please train your servers on how to speak to human beings and take orders!

This place is advertised as "Wings N More!" If you have ever had the pleasure of eating at any of the three locations in the Bryan/College Station area you will in fact know what you are being served here on HWY 6 / West Rd is GARBAGE!!!! We entered the establishment at 11am on a Sunday morning and the place smelled horrible. The waitress took our order at 11:03am. We were the ONLY customers in the building. This place is horrible, the food is sub par, and the service is even worse. Management won't even come to the table to check on you. Let alone if there is a problem they thrill won't come out. This place is a joke. Upper management is even worse, they are idiots, and have no idea how to run a restaurant.

This use to be my favorite place and I have no idea what happened. Waiters are very lazy and take forever to take your order. The last two times we have came have been horrible. We wait forever and receive attitudes. The waiters don't check to see if your food is all good and we have to chase them down to ask for other condiments. The manager is no where to be found to file a complaint. Hope the next time we come they have better waiters that attend their guest.
