I ordered 10 traditional Wings via uber eats and they gave me boneless! Seriously? How disrespectful SMH and since it was via Uber they cannot correct my order since it's a third party involved. I'm so mad because I REALLY wanted some wings! Won't be ordering here again!
Management is extremely unprofessional specially Kevin I'm not sure if this is his first management position but he definitely needs more training, better customer service & be more pleasant. I used to eat here all the time because they had great staff & the service was great, now is just blah seems that management don't care about their customers or employees.
This place is advertised as "Wings N More!" If you have ever had the pleasure of eating at any of the three locations in the Bryan/College Station area you will in fact know what you are being served here on HWY 6 / West Rd is GARBAGE!!!! This place is horrible, the food is sub par, and the service is even worse. Management won't even come to the table to check on you. Let alone if there is a problem they thrill won't come out. This place is a joke. Upper management is even worse, they are idiots, and have no idea how to run a restaurant.
I'm only giving this 2 stars because the bartender served us. What really got me was the young kid that knew it was to go and plain gave us styrofoam to-go cases. No plastic bags nothing everything free balling. We had to ask for bags and right now currently upset I would love to see big paper bags and aluminum pans for extra wet and hot wings all in one.
I would give this place no stars if I could. Came in today Saturday January 26th @ 2:15. They sat us immediately which was great. Then the wait started. We sat there for 10 minutes without getting a drink order or seeing our waiter or waitress. There was another elderly couple there they were pretty upset. We left and went some where else. The couple decided to wait. I did see some waitstaff but they were in the kitchen having a blast and not worried about customers, tips, and revenue for their work place. Wings were just average. The sauce was very greasy and way too much. But they have great French fries! Not much for atmosphere more of a carry out place.
2 stars because the food is alright, but a toddler could give better service. Every member of the wait staff looks confused. Our food was wrong but we waited 30 minutes for wings so it was eaten. Never got our drinks and it wasn't even busy.
Love the staff here and the bartender . This was my spot every Tuesday for wings n beer but after not being here for awhile due to traveling I came in to satisfy my craving of garlic Parmesan wings and guess what ! Crap ! They changed the recipe .. never again . Twenty thumbs down ! The butter is too thick n tastes funny
