Do not believe these disrespectful liars, I called them for a while and no one contacted me, so I called again and took the details and did not specify an appointment. Didn't have a pleasant experience. TLDR version: expect to wait awhile to get your fence installed, expect to be passed around to different quoters, dispatchers, field managers and sales staff (no single point of contact), expect to be disappointed with the terms of the contract, BIG JERRY is not liable if they damage a marked utility, private or public, even if it's in plain view and flagged and expect to not be able to communicate well with your installers. The fence installed was great, and the installers did a good job. During the install however, they cut my cable line. I emailed a picture to Big Jerry’s team and was told things like that happen, they were sorry, but would not pay the $50 service call I was being charged for repairs due to the contract. I paid a lot for the fence, waited patiently through several delays, and lost a days worth of internet and cable..and they would not take $50 off my final several thousand dollar bill. Working with the creedmore office and I absolutely regret it! Their communication is terrible and rude! Started our process 4/18/21. We were told it would be about 11 weeks. At 13 weeks, we were then told it “could be more than 11 weeks”… obviously, since we were 2 weeks past that time frame already, but they could not give me anymore information. My name is Mrs. fields and I called and asked for estimate to get a fence put in our front yard to rent and the guy was very rude and unprofessional he’s asked me 1000 questions why I didn’t just buy a fence well obviously if I could do that I would very unprofessional company I would never recommend this company I myself on a company myself and the gentleman was extremely rude how dare he not know who I am talk to me what he did

Dog owners beware! We recently had Big Jerry's replace about a hundred feet of fence. Prior to the start of the project, I contacted Jon to ask whether it would be necessary to board our dogs overnight. He responded, "Yes, it will likely take 2 days. We can make sure it's secure overnight though if that's the concern? Only remove as we go." On the first day of installation, only one man (Richard) showed up and he didn't feel well. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences with any company! They started out very enthusiastic about our project and worked quickly to get us to sign off on the quote. They were very delayed in their work. The project took much longer than we were told. My neighbors used this company for replacing their fence along with our shared fence line. They removed a post not part of the fence line that was anchoring my outdoor shower and didn't replace it. I had to call and get them to send someone out to fix what they removed. They "fixed" it by breaking my shower piping and then just burying it into the ground no longer connected to water but anchored to their fence. I ordered a fence around 6 weeks ago. Had an awesome salesman, until he got half down (over 2k). No answers, no call backs, no more texts...nothing. I was told today that 811, who was supposedly called weeks ago, that no one had called about my property. This was strange, since today was the day I’ve been sitting around to wait on them and was told they’d be here by Jay.
