Borded my two dogs there recently... They were there 21/2 days. When we picked them up, we were handed two completely urine soaked blankets, and our dogs needed bathes the second we got home. We've used them before and not had any problems, but we won't be using them again anytime soon.
I took my cat in on December 31st because she wouldn't stop throwing up. The vet told me it was probably just an infection of some sort but they would have to keep her overnight. I got her back two days later along with a $735 vet bill and a letter saying "happy new year". The antibiotics they gave me to fix the problem were a grand total of $36. I have taken my pets here several times and each time with worse results. They messed up a simple spay and declaw on a kitten and ended up giving her a really nasty bladder infection that they refused to take responsibility for. I ended up having to pay extra for that again. I just took a different pet in and all they were able to figure out is that she has an infection and needs antibiotics, which don't cost much, but they kept her for 2 days. The grand total, $735.
