My family has been utilizing this center since it opened. They have cared for our three Shelties, a crazy little Pom, a Blue Heeler, our German Shepherd, and our Sheperd/Husky mix. Additionally they have cared for our daughters two English Mastiffs, a friends German Shepherd and a Boxer. So, I have seen these people in action for a long time, with a wide variety of dogs. They are highly professional, caring, compassionate, skilled people. I couldn't recommend a better place to take your furry family member.
I have taken my pets here several times and each time with worse results. They messed up a simple spay and declaw on a kitten and ended up giving her a really nasty bladder infection that they refused to take responsibility for. I ended up having to pay extra for that again. I just took a different pet in and all they were able to figure out is that she has an infection and needs antibiotics, which don't cost much, but they kept her for 2 days. The grand total, $735. We live in Great Falls. Get real. That's more than most pe... read more
I will boycott and ask my extended family to as well if Bandit is put down.
Absolutely zero compassion. Bandit should have an evaluation done, being a puppy. They jump, it's what they do. As far as I am concerned, I'll do my all to make a fuss. Even after you euthanize him. Shameful.
Please do not put down Bandit. There are people willing to adopt this dog. The bad publicity you are receiving will greatly impact your center. Do the right thing and let this beautiful animal have a forever home.
They won’t let a sweet PUPPY named Bandit to get adopted by another family after getting surrendered because he knocked down a child after jumping on them. HE IS A PUPPY and is about to get put down and they vet and the owner won’t allow him to get adopted by a family who actually wants him and will take the TIME that a puppy needs. DISGUSTING!!!!!!! I will never recommend this vet to ANYone and they will never again get any of my business!!!!!!!!!!

There vets are rude. 😡 Only care about money or how you can pay. Treated my old (14 yr) dog like a piece of meat and scolded me on his weight. Not compassionate that he was hurting.
Borded my two dogs there recently... They were there 21/2 days. When we picked them up, we were handed two completely urine soaked blankets, and our dogs needed bathes the second we got home. We've used them before and not had any problems, but we won't be using them again anytime soon.
