Wow how lucky I was to have been introduced to Bill Smith. Bill has helped me refinance my home 2 times . The process was smooth without any bumps and always in my favor. Recently I've decided to sell my home and was in need of documentation that was already packed somewhere. Bill did a wonderful job from start to finish on our loan. It was so refreshing for him to explain things easily to me. I get overwhelmed when it comes to numbers and stuff so when I had calls with Bill explaining everything it was actually soothing to hear in his voice he had everything handled and was always two or three steps ahead. He was always available to answer little (or big) questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Bill again.
