Cameron has by far been the most customer service oriented individual I’ve come across. His demeanor and warm personality made me feel like he sincerely cared about finding me a good deal. Wow, first time using this service and I am amazed at how fast they were able to negotiate and bring a lower realistic price for internet vs what I was paying before. Skyler is very professional and got right down to the point: lower bill! We did a quick chat over the phone and she explained the total savings and that was it, Simple and easy! They lowered my $70 (which is outrageous) basic-speed (and spotty) internet bill a whole $20 a month which is back down to what it was when I signed up for it! A fair, affordable price. And I didn’t have to call and threaten to cancel or do anything aside from provide the tiniest bit of information for bill shark!
