As always, my experience with Billshark was a pleasant one. Ashley was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She catered to my needs and was able to deliver. She negotiated my first ever bill that i submitted to billshark that was over 4 years ago and shes still keeping up the great work 4 years later. Prompt service, great communication with representative, rep was friendly and helpful, we didn’t get ongoing monthly savings due to the type of plans we have, but the rep was able to secure one time credits for each of the bills we submitted and I am grateful!
