They were very pleasant and easy to work with. Unfortunately, I already had the lowest rates I could get with my xfinity and Verizon. Bummer. She did get me a one time coupon of $20 off next Verizon bill though. Thanks for that!!

Courtney was so efficient and communicated on a regular basis. She negotiated our cable, wireless, and internet. We're saving a ton of money, and the best part is I didn't have to talk to any of the providers. I'm also excited because they'll keep an eye on things and renegotiate for us when my deals expire. Courtney will also be my direct contact for any bills I'd like negotiated in the future!
