Courtney was so efficient and communicated on a regular basis. She negotiated our cable, wireless, and internet. We're saving a ton of money, and the best part is I didn't have to talk to any of the providers. I'm also excited because they'll keep an eye on things and renegotiate for us when my deals expire. Courtney will also be my direct contact for any bills I'd like negotiated in the future!

Shortly after uploading by cable bill, Taylor contacted me via text to give her updates on negotiations. The whole time she always made sure she was getting what I wanted and losing what I didn't. Gave me choices and in the end I ended up with more service than I expected with a significant savings. After she called and explained everything and made sure I was happy. I was very happy.
