BILLSHARK managed to negotiate me some savings: $15 per month on my internet bill, and speed up my internet access by four times. That’s pretty awesome. However, they lose one star for not making it clear that the promotional price they got me would likely increase substantially at the end of the 12-month promo period. When I asked how I might avoid that future rate hike, the rep told me to contact BillShark again at the end of the promo so they can negotiate savings again off of the massively increased rate. Although it did take a bit, a little over a month. The Sharks lowered my verizon bill which I have been trying to do for a very long time with no budging from Verizon. I got my first notification from Verizon yesterday about my bill and saw that it was reduced. Right after I received a call from the Shark handling my case and was thrilled with the results.
