Ludy was great. She lowered my verizon cell phone bill for an unlimited duration and also got me a gig more of data. She left me a voicemail after the deal was done which was nice. Very satisfied with the work billshark is doing though your iPhone app and website can use some improvements. iPhone isn’t snappy enough and uploading bills on the website through chrome and safari didn’t allow me to change the name. Also accidentally uploaded the same bill twice, but there is no way to remove a bill after its posted
