Hey Billshark, my experience was pretty good all-in-all. When it came down to it, I saved $36 over the year ($60 savings with $24 of that going to Billshark). The parts that were difficult is that I was initially informed of a jump in my future TWC bill that got me really worried because it would’ve made my monthly cost go UP. Eventually that was reverted and undone (for which I’m really thankful) but it was a nuisance. And the $25 gift card turned out to be one of those annoying, Spend $50 and get $25 off.
