Hey Billshark, my experience was pretty good all-in-all. When it came down to it, I saved $36 over the year ($60 savings with $24 of that going to Billshark). The parts that were difficult is that I was initially informed of a jump in my future TWC bill that got me really worried because it would’ve made my monthly cost go UP.
