Only had a one time savings of $20 but that is not the reason for one star off. I had to send in the copy of the bill multiple times (3 or 4 times) and the pictures were clear (especially the last 2 or 3).
Great experience. Easy, and I saved a bunch of money. The biggest hold up was on my end, when I didn’t respond quickly to get them access to my account - and they were totally professional handling that. I would love to have them look over everything in my life to figure out where else they could save me money.
Bill Shark was easy to use and after paying their 40% fee I still saved over $300 for the next 2 years. Minus one star because they were not able to save anything on my Verizon bill, which also triggered a call from Verizon themselves who called my gf and not me and they treated her disrespectfully for wanting to lower the bill.
