While your representative was quite efficient to negotiate a deal for me, sometimes they are not fully aware of the goal of the consumer. My Internet service was $54.95/month with basic TV earlier. At the time of Billshark's involvement, it went up to $89.95 (not billed yet). Billshark got me a deal that will cost me $59.95 with 100TV channels (which I don't care much). So I called Comcast today myself. They were able to offer me the same internet speed of 60Mbps with basic TV for $49.95. That is what I like. Thanks!

I have not seen any of my bill since Bill Shark worked with them, however if the results are as they have reported I am very satisified. The correspendance back and forth was punctual and to the point.

Zero stars u saved me $0 dollars and then charged me $19.99 what a rip off I don’t recommend this app to anymore and I would love a refund
