I wasn’t expecting much as I also negotiate before committing to contracts, and as I suspected I’m already on the lowest rate offered by my provider. However, BillShark was still able to negotiate a generous one-time bull credit for me, which was unexpected and awesome!

So, I did not know that once you sign up an account with BillShark, they keep negotiating a year later. I received a text saying that they were going to start negotiations but the text had no identification that it was BillShark. I returned the text to STOP, but a few moments later I get an email saying that they saved me money and they were sending me an invoice to pay them! I did not ask for this at all! This is a terrible business model... it seems that the merchants aren’t the only sharks!

Downloaded the app, uploaded my home internet bill and in less than 15 minutes I was done. I quickly received an email confirming my submission and giving me contact information for any questions. A couple of days later I was informed that I would be saving $20 a month for the next 6 months and that I would receive an invoice within the next few days.
