This was fast and very easy for me.
The sharks, some months back, emailed me saying I had the best deal available on T-Mobile. Then, a few weeks later, stated they were negotiating a new deal for me, so I said ok. Well, it turned out that either T-Mobile didn't fully disclose the new deal or the sharks didn't ask enough questions. They switched my plan, then had to switch it back to the old plan after I questioned the new deal. At least this was all done fairly swiftly with no interruption to my service. They tried, but the attack failed. Thanks, Sharks!
