Get directionsNot only did Macayla saved me money, she got my internet speed quadruple!. Most importantly, she negotiated with Comcast so I didn’t have to. Comcast has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and if they weren’t the only internet provider in my area, I would have dropped them long ago. So, having someone else communicate with them on my behalf was wonderful - like having my own personal assistant!

Initially I was skeptical about using the service, having to give out my personal information, but receiving a text, email, phone call and a message within the app, relieved my mind. Additionally Jim Belisle put me very much at ease and was a pleasure to work with.
I called Comcast and had to undo all the changes for an hour on the phone. I only had and wanted internet service with comcast, then BS signed me up for a *slower* interent service with TV package, that ended up being MORE expensive then I was paying! No one asked me if I wanted any additional services. You should verify with the end user if you are completely changing their plans. Found out about Bill Shark through an app called Empower. It claimed that I could negotiate my bills through them. There was never any mention of payment and every other feature in this app is free. I decided to try it. Was sent a text message from some “shark” named Katie or something who told me she needed my private PIN for several different accounts so she could try to negotiate on my behalf. I’m having trouble getting my invoice after my bill was cut. I also wish the fee was divided up based on length of bill and paid through billshark. Much like making payments on a phone during the phone plan or making payments on car services during the length of the loan.
