This is the second time I’ve used their services to renew my prior discounted item they negotiated for me for my ADT security bill, At&t bill(internet and home home) sprint bill, too. This time I’m negotiating the exact same ones except the sprint bill because I have Verizon now, so they’re working with them on that cell company. The experience was great from my end. Honestly it felt like I did next to nothing and got a nice chunk out of my wireless bill.
Waste of time. Savings wasn't even close to what was expected.
Found over $150 in savings on my SiriusXM bill I wasn't expecting--tracks when the renewals are! Love it.
Service was easy to use. I was really disappointed in the Choose Your Reward bonus.
