I did receive a one time credit on my wireless bill. When I went to review it, I noticed I was not getting my auto pay discount even though it was set up. Hopped onto chat and discovered what I expected to be a $10 wasn’t because it was a debit card autopay only and I used a credit card. Agent recommended a plan that would save me $15/mo over my current plan with more features. That was a pretty big miss if you ask me. I did better on my own.
