BILLSHARK has very positive reviews so I gave it a try to lower my Frontier Communications bill. The negotiation was within a week and was posted on my bill soon after. Everything went smoothly, except for a small change in my plan which I called and adjusted it myself. Overall, good first time experience.

I’m still waiting to see my bill but I was told I’m now saving a big chunk of change. I’m impressed. I’ve been trying to get Sprint lowered for so long but they wouldn’t work with me at all.
