Incredibly fast and professional service. I already had the lowest rate on my Comcast bill, but they were able to get me a service credit and let me know about when my promotion is expiring. I’ll work with the Sharks again to lower my rate when it gets raised in a few months

Overall the process was very smooth and easy. I would prefer if the final invoice was available sooner rather than 3-5 days later. Also, it would be nice to get some kind of reminder when my savings will end (12 months in my case) next year. I’m pretty happy with the price, but perhaps consider lowering your 40% rate, especially if the savings are temporary.
