Billshark got me multiple discounts very quickly and kept me updated along the way. The only complaint that I have is that the rep was difficult to understand because of his accent.

Denise did an excellent job in reducing my internet bill with Spectrum. She was able to quickly reduce my bill back down to the original promotional rate. Denise handled the entire process in under an hour!

Even though it was not possible to get a monthly discount on our internet bill, Holly was able to get us a one-time $15 credit. After discounting the 40% cut that Billshark takes, that ended up leaving us with $9, which is of course better than nothing! Overall, given how easy the process was, it was worth trying.
