I've used Billshark to negotiate my internet bill twice. I hate that cable/internet companies charge their loyal customers so much more than new customers, and in the past have always called myself to try to lower it each year when my promotion ended, so it was really nice to have someone fight that battle for me. It’s been very difficult for me to get in touch with my internet provider to lower my bill. Billshark did it within two days and got the bill lowered by $25 a month!
