Worked VERY hard to help us get a loan. Interest rate was almost 1% below what other companies offered. EVERY member of his team stayed on top of paperwork, etc. and made sure we knew what was happening at all times. Loved their e-mail communications and signing. The team did a great and handled everything very professionally. We had an incredibly frustrating loan period but I suspect this is due more to government oversight than the Billy Campbell Team. They were able to get us over some hurdles that I don't think many lenders could have conquered.
