Things got a little rocky due to a change in the staff members who were handling our loan. As a result, the communication was, at times, confusing. However, once the Billy Campbell Team realized the problem with the communication breakdown, it was handled immediately with wonderful attention and we were treated with great care moving forward. This left us with a very positive opinion of the team, despite the minor hiccups along the way.
