Awesome Experience Bill Jones was extremely helpful in processing our loan. The entire process was super easy and went very smoothly. He was so professional with his work and he went above and beyond to help us with our loan. I would definitely recommend him as your loan officer at Top Flite Financial to anybody who needs to refinance or purchase a home. Top notch loan officer Bill Jones and Kelsey Adams did a tremendous job on my refinance. Mine was a little bit in the difficult side due to my lower than average credit score but the two of them worked tirelessly for about four months to be able to get me approved. Provided service expected of a loan officer. Applied online and shortly received call from Bill. He walked me thru all the steps and was patient while I dragged my feet getting him the information.

Great experience and super quick I applied online through a site that got me multiple rates and calls. Billy called and was super nice and knowledgeable. I talked to multiple people and he was the easiest to deal with by far. He answered all my questions and right under 40 days start to finish I was done. He seemed to be honest and upfront about everything.
