A remarkably positive loan experience Loan Officer Bill Jones at Top Flight Mortgage provided an extremely smooth mortgage loan experience. He and his team worked in tandem moving my loan from one department to the other like a hand in glove process. They closed the loan in weeks rather than months. Refiance Bill Jones and Jill Grosse were awesome to work with. In my times of frustration they were there to answer my many questions, offer encouragement and suggest solutions in areas I was unfamiliar on how to obtain the information needed. Refinancing during the COVID pandemic produced its share of delays, but Bill & Jill never gave up moving forward and I truly appreciated their "don't give up" attitude.
Great experience Billy was great start to finish. We had a little bit of a hiccup along the way, but he was always professional, and helpful throughout the process
House Refinancing Bill Jones was amazing. I came to him by way of a google search, when I was searching for a company to refinance my home in my name only. Mr Jones was knowledgeable and timely. He never failed to reply to an email, no matter how many I sent. He was a delight to work with and took time to explain each step of the process. Agents went above and beyond. Bill Jones and Cody Mueller worked tirelessly and though a barrage of questions and uncertainty on my part with patience, professionalism, and aplomb.
