Looking for a a dentist look no further. I have been a patient since 2016 and normally do not write reviews but the constant excellent experiences deserve credit. The dentists and staff are awesome. I saw Dr William Balestrino today on my vacation and his bedside manner and humor was refreshing but importantly his skills to perform my dental work with no pain was awesome. Friendly and fast
I couldn't be happier with my dentist office! Incredible experience from beginning to end. Starting with Elba at the front desk, she answered all.the questions I had about my payments and insurance. She took her time to explain me what was my insurance paying and what I had to pay, not only that she took the extra mile to explain to me my dental insurance plan and made sure I understand it. The initial hygienist assigned to me didn't introduce herself to me and didn't seem very friendly. She was unable to remove the temporary crown and slipped twice trying to do so. I don't blame her but she didn't give me the impression of confidence. Little things such as not offering me glasses to wear or communication lowered the score. However, another hygienist took over and she did great.
Got a temporary crown today. The experience could not have been any better!
