The staff at Biltmore Commons Dental are wonderful. They are all very nice and caring. Megan is my hygienist and she is very friendly and does a great job with the cleaning. Dr. Sadowski did a wonderful job with my fillings. He always made sure I was comfortable and was always asking if I was ok throughout the procedure. The ladies in the front office are all very sweet too. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist in the Phoenix area.
I was extremly satisfied with my cleaning appt.. Jennifer was my Hygenist and she did an excellant job. She was very thorough, without causing me any disomfort with her cleaning method. She had a very nice personality and made sure I was comfortable. I am always treated well by the entire staff at Biltmore Commons office. I was impressed by how I was treated when I walked in as a first time patient. Not only was I offered a bottle of water but also was asked, "Cold or room temperature?" That shows consideration for a patient whose teeth might be currently too sensitive for cold water. The hygienist who did my cleaning was a temp but she did a wonderful job, and then my first visit with Dr. Sadowski was great. Explained everything that was going to happen and made sure I was comfortable and not in pain.
As usual, Quality and Customer Service was exceptional. Visit was for a deep cleaning, and Jennifer helped me feel comfortable and the process went very smoothly. Sincerely appreciate everyone's attention to even the most minor Customer Service details in making each and every visit the best possible. Thanks!!!
