great office, good experience. the most fun i have ever had a dentist- outside the dentist stuff of course....
This staff is amazing. When you come in the door, you are offered water-but with the option of 'cold' or 'room temperature' for people whose teeth might be feeling a bit sensitive. The staff is kind and caring, and Dr. Sadowski is hands-down the best dentist I've seen in my life. Thank you Biltmore Commons!!!!

Let me start by saying I am a big pussy cat when it comes to going to the dentist. But the minute I entered I felt at ease. The reception desk is helpful and pleasant. The dentist was amazing. I have medical concerns that he took into consideration before performing my extraction. I was in no pain and he did it so quickly that it was over before I knew it. But the best part was when the dentist hand carried my written prescription to me while I was at another appointment!! I don't know if any dentist that I would do this for... read more
I really appreciate the staff at Biltmore Commons. They are always very accommodating to my hectic schedule and my frequent appointment changes. They have never given me a hard time about having to change my appointment or been rude or short even when I can tell they are busy. I see Dr. Balestrino who is extremely personable, funny and does a wonderful job. He seems to have a great rapport with the dental assistants. great care and work
Dr. Sadowski is as good as they get. He treats everyone with great empathy and a gentle humor. I have a very difficult time with dental work and he makes it okay with his excellent work and patient bedside manner. He stays calm and cool regardless of the situation. Also they always have the greatest staff around. From the initial greeting to leaving, it is the best experience one could have going to the dentist!
