I am thrilled with Biltmore Commons Dental Care. Everyone, from the office staff to the hygienist to Dr. Saperstein, worked with me to bring my teeth into great condition. By setting up a treatment plan and breaking down the cost into manageable chunks, and advising me on dental insurance plans, they helped me to get the needed work done. Dr. Saperstein is calm and funny and does beautiful work, and I never have to wait. When you have to go to the dentist, this office is a great experience.
I was VERY pleased with the fact that even as a new client I was able to get in and have the work I needed to repair a tooth done on the SAME day that I called. It fit into my schedule so perfectly. Usually one has to wait a week or more to be seen, then there is an exam, then the repair work is scheduled for another appointment a week or two down the line. The staff was very friendly, the work was excellent and done quickly, and the cost was affordable. I have definitely found my new dentist.
the dentist was in a hurry ,time spent with me was not what i expected. i would schedule less patients and give better quality of care.I will look elsewhere for my dental needs.

The office staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about their services and insurance issues. Dr. Sadowski's gentle approach and step-by-step explanations provided my son with his first-ever positive dental experience--and he's 14! Hooray for Biltmore Commons Dental!

This place is awesome very friendly from the young ladies at the front to the dentists and there assistance in the back. If you need your teeth cleaned have it done by Megs she is the bomb

It was very good as Jennifer was excellent and fun and interesting to be with to be with. I had her energy with me as I raced to the golf course in Sun City and I shot my best score of the year ..a 42 on the front nine... the energy was gone on the back nine ...I don't want to tell you that score.
