Recently, a leak developed in my roof which resulted in water dripping from the ceiling in my kitchen. I called Sam and asked him to come to my home and assess the problem and to recommend the appropriate solution. Sam came out right away and, after thoroughly inspecting my roof, advised me that the best, and most permanent solution, would be to replace the shingles on one section of my roof. The style and color of the shingles are excellent and compliment the color of our siding. Your suggestion to put roof rents on both levels was also an economic advantage. Mr. Biondo installed a roof on my house. His work was imaculate and the work area was cleaned dailey. He is a friendly and personable man and is always open to suggestions. I certainly would not recommend a better builder who is that painstaking and reliable.

He has done a complete tear-off and re-roof , installed Velux skylights and performed various emergency repairs on my Lawrence Brook residence. Sam Biondo and Biondo Contracting replaced the roofing shingles on our home this past year. The conracted work included the complete rip off of the already twice shingled roof, replacing damaged plywood underlayment, installing new ice shield, installing a new ridge vent across the entire roof, replacing the chimney and vent pipe shields, and nailing down the new shingles.
