We just had our roof done by Biondo Contracting and are very pleased with their professionalism, skills and results. The crew of 10 were here at 8:00 am and were done by 3:00 pm as estimated They removed our existing layer of roof shingles down to bare plywood decking, and replaced our bad decking with new. They did the roof over our bay windows and installed a ridge vent, which looks wonderful. Sam and his crew did an excellent job replacing our roof and gutters. We received numerous estimates and were unable to match Sam's pricing and ultimately his finished work product.
Biondo roofing has replaced four roofs and made numerous roof repairs for our section of a senior community. They always arrived on time and cleaned up every day as if they were not even there. Sam is one of the best contractors that I have ever delt with and will always be invited to bid on any roofing projects in our section. He takes alot of pride in his company and it shows in the quality of the work that we received. I would recommend Biondo Roofing to any one needing roof work.
Biondo Contracting has replaced four sections of my roof over the last 10 years. There work has always been exceptional. Always on time, very large and efficient crew. In their most recent job replacing my garage roof they arrived early morning and completed removing and installing the roof by noon. They were very careful to make sure that all debris and roofing nails were cleaned up. For the nails they even used a magnetic device to catch all the nails.
