We have had a bios 12.0 blood pressure machine. Does not work well. Poorly engineered. Would not recommend it. Bios has now replaced the unit with a new one. Thank you. Ash

I have to give Bios Medical's Support team TWO big thumbs up!!!! I purchased their blood pressure monitor (Precision 12.0), a few years back. I went to replace the batteries, and the part of the battery cover fell apart, when I removed the cover. I reached out to their Support, for guidance on how to re-assemble the (4) small pieces, and advice on what to do, so it wouldn't happen again.
