I am extremely satisfied with this company, their caring customer service and their warranty department. I have been using the Bios Precision 12.0 Protocol blood monitoring system for some time now and my machine recently started giving me an error code and stopped working. I ordered a Bios 10 Blood Pressure Monitor. Delivery was faster than stated. The unit was well engineered and came with easy to understand instructions. The performance of the monitor is great with excellent repeatability. The comfort and strength of the cuff meets the top clinical standards. Excellent device!
