Ordered a BP monitor. It arrived on schedule and was as advertised. Very satisfied with product and service at this point.
Replacement Cuff arrived promptly well packaged. the only reason I did not give a 5 is i had significant research to do to find that the cuff i ordered was a replacement for my model. although this may not be a Bios issue as my unit is a 3rd party vendor made by Bios
