I’m only giving 2 stars because the second rep I spoke to on the phone was empathic and helpful, the first one via email was dismissive and rude. That being said the product it self doesn’t work. I’ve gotten it to read my BP a handful of times but 98% of the time it errors no matter what I do. Waste of my money and I really need a device that works so I can monitor my BP due to this new medication I am on. So upset and such a waste.

I purchased a blood pressure monitor for my Mom on May 11/2023 - it was recommended by Wellwise/Shoppers Drug Mart as being an excellent monitor - it worked for 2 weeks and then failed. The rep at customer service sent a new cuff at no charge, but this did not help. The next time that I called the rep told me that my batteries were faulty, so I went on line and ordered the Adapter to plug in the wall. Still had the same result. I bought this machine but it has faulty readings, the customer service said they can’t do anything and won’t refund me for it!

Frustrating with Bios: Bought a blood pressure device model W100 lot code 2112-25920. After couple of months, performed very fluctuate Blood pressure readings for every patients. This model has 10 years warranty. Spoke with employee. Sent them as per her suggestion. They returned it saying " we did test, everything is fine, no problem noted". The machine still is giving fluctuate reading. Don't know they did test in human being or dommy. Reading in human beings gives completely error from this machine. Spoke again with emplo... read more

I bought a blood pressure monitor at Shoppers Drug Mart. It is completely non-functional. Just a big piece of junk.

I tried to order a replacement cuff from their website. I went to the specific make and model of my unit and ordered from that page. They still sent the wrong cuff. The one they sent doesn't plug into the unit.

DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. Very poor quality of the product: the readings are inaccurate, compared to the readings from my doctor and the pharmacy and the buttons of the device are defectives. In addition, very bad customer service, and to return the device, you have to pay the shipping costs.

Only 2 of the 3 sensors will connect and doesnt seem very accurate in temperature at all They did reply someone would reach out but thats as far as it got Once purchased expect no real help

Garbage chair, first one was broken and second one was just as bad Except this time the wheels were actually intact. I didn't even want the second one I asked for a refund but instead of listen you guys just sent me another chair. Horrible horrible experience never buying anything from you guys again. First and last time.
