We were hired to set new manufactured homes in Birchwood back in 2018 and have completed over 60 homes since, from lot prep, sidewalks, home sets and building new steps, working hand in hand with the management. She's a horrible manager when I moved in I didn't have a microwave my tub had dirt in it they don't clean up when the next person leaves and she calls the police on dogs
Absolute worst place EVER. Since changing management this place has went downhill fast. I've had several issues and have asked numerous times for the owners contact information and was told "they didnt want their information given out". My stove broke over a month ago. I contacted the manager as soon as it happened and she said they dont have a maintenance man right now so she didnt know when it would be able to be fixed. Fast forward 3.5 weeks and my stove is still broke. I wasnt able to make Thanksgiving dinner this year. ... read more

Every since we got the new management (Chris who is over)it improved tremendously.As a residence I appreciate a space where I feel safe.😄
