If I could give a zero star I would. After leaving and calling 7 times after not getting an answer to dispute somethings they call a police officer to tell me to stop calling or they'll press charges. Extremely unprofessional
If I could leave no stars I would. When we first moved in we thought everything would be great. We were gaslit the entire summer we were there because the neighbors across the street or hoarders and management didn't want to do anything. They told us the reasoning for the amount of flies we had in our home was because we were not picking up after our dog in our trash which was extremely incorrect. Casey was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and if she didn't know she got me help!
We were hired to set new manufactured homes in Birchwood back in 2018 and have completed over 60 homes since, from lot prep, sidewalks, home sets and building new steps, working hand in hand with the management. Our experience has been a very positive one. Working with a management team that is accommodating and informative with excellent communication.
