THANKS AJAY!!
Let's goooo
The tech was great! Very nice and got the task completed promptly.
My issue was handled expediently and efficiently.
We have had a great experience working with Nate. He recapped everything we accomplished after each meeting, promptly addressed any issues we had, and made great recommendations for us to get the most value for our business from using Birdeye.
Rohtash is AMAZING!
My representative was really friendly and nice. He also followed up with me as he said he would.
Prompt, patient, professional! I love birdeye support! Every call I have is answered promptly!
Yesterday was a holiday for many on the team. Even though Kim Paraguin is no longer our point of contact, she immediately stepped in to help us with an important issue we were experiencing which is SO appreciated. Then, Ajay fixed the problem for us literally first thing this morning. THANK YOU both for helping us so quickly and professionally with a stressful situation.
